If you torrent is not going quickly then get your fecking share ratio up. And make sure to upload. I'm currently hiting my upload limit at around 70k and have a share ratio on utorrent of 1:1.2 with over 120GB downloaded.

.ape is a slightly odd lossless format to use but most media players will cope witht the right codecs.
.flac should be slightly more familiar but will take some extra codecs.
Everyone should know .mp3 even if it is dissapointing any music collection like this is ripped in such a pointless format.
