I'm having the same problem as jollymac and Whistlewind. I'm running 32x XP. I tr **** installing this before but it didn't work.
I recently reinstalled windows to the same problem. I have service pack 2 installed and all other updates, I also have a direct X9 card with the latest versions of IE, Quicktime, Direct X, Flash, and Firefox. I also shutdown all non-essential programs before installation including firefox and all adobe programs. I've tr **** both mounting it to DVD and a virtual drive via daemon tools.
Nothing seems to work... any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
