I must say I'm disagree with you. Setting a UL limit is the way to get better speed. The program thinks that you did not want the bits and therefore it will pass to another. Is that what you want?
Btw this copy is the most easy. Just download, run a simple program and you're done. Play it like plug-N-play. But all I can say is "This game is bad enough that I regret that I've finished downloading it". But I do seed it tho.

extract the file to ms0:/iso
which will look like this:
ms0:/iso/psy-swtfu.iso
and oh, do not rename the file. leave it as it be. hope this help.
This is PSP Movie Creator 1.0 build 1. It's pre-registered/cracked tho. You can dl this but my suggestion is to look for version 2.0 build 1.0 or the latest version atm (2.0 build 4).
