Ok i downloaded the game and installed it, but when i try to play it it runs on like 4x times the normal speed of the game, what can i do to fix this?

Now i've downloaded/installed steam and created an account..but the game dosen't start..when i try to launch it i get an error requesting to send an error report..what do i do?

Ok now ignoring the fact that the game was missing 2 .dll files which i had to download seperately, when i try to run it i get some Steam error saying: "Application load error 5:00000065432". Can anyone please tell me what to do?
