It worked for me.

[ I N S T R U C T I O N S ]

1) When you finish this download, you will have 16 *.rar archives.
Select all the archives, right-click and select "Extract Here".
(to do this, you need to have WinRar installed)
This will take approximatively 2-3minutes.

2) You will get a new folder called "PC_GTA.SanAndreas -(rip)-(ToeD)".
Inside this folder, you have a file named "etup.bat". Rename it to "setup.bat"

3) Go one folder up (in the folder "PC_GTA.SanAndreas -(rip)-(ToeD)") and
double-click "_install.bat".

4) A black window will appear with a music playing in the background and some moving

text.
It says not to do "background work", but I listened to music and had uTorrent
running and browsed the internet while unpacking the *.uha archives. (but dont play

any games............)

5) Click the screen ! It will not disappear by itself.

6) The unpacking of the *.uha archives begins.
It will probably take several hours(more than 3hrs......)

7) Rename the folder "PC_GTA.SanAndreas -(rip)-(ToeD)" to "GTA"

8) Go inside this folder, double-click "gta_sa.exe" and play !

NOTE

The small size is not only because of using a powerfull archiver(UHARC).
As TOED says, some "movies, trailers, music" were removed.
cut scenes will not have music.
radio stations also.
If you have a large bandwidth, I recommend you get a full release.

And about the virus alerts:
