The file "Corel_Draw_Graphics_Suite.x4_cracked_By_Joker_Italy.exe" has a Backdoor.Generic.32411 Trojan. Nice little present for you and the funny thing is it isn't needed for the prog to run..... The keygen is clean! Lol.

From the keygen both Jotti and I are getting a; "Sandbox: W32/Malware" positive. This is a Trojan also known by the names; FDOS.Meto & StartPage-JG. Personally I would just go here and do what I did;
