playing on official server requires payment but if you manage to find a private one (there are some but if game isn't so po **** r then the po **** tion on the priva servers is definitely lower than it is on the official server) then you are able to play for free. so google for LOTRO private servers and if you find a site, register account and follow next instructions, given on the site or forums.
