Just to confirm that it's working, and to give the instructions again for people too lazy to scroll up
1) download this torrent
2) download the file from rap|dshare. This is the thing to get past the "original disk check" that is required to update the game, and download the game.exe file, among other things. This also contains the crack to play the game. [http://rs33.rap|dshare.com/files/52862435/Bioshock_ALL_U_NEED.rar] replace the | with an i in the url.
3) download and install any image mount software / virtual drive software. You need to enable two virtual drives.
4) extract contents of ALL_U_NEED
5) extract contents of bioshock MAXI_Image
6) Mount the maxi image to one of the virtual drives (it doesnt matter whether its the 1st or second)
7) Mount the iso from this torrent in the other virtual drive
8) run the installation from the iso you got from this torrent. NOT FROM THE MAXI IMAGE
9) let the installation proceed. during the disk check, the downloading of updates, directx, the game.exe, all of this... will begin automatically, as the maxi image makes the installer think you have a valid Disk in your drive.
10) select shortcut installation options for the game (dekstop, start menu). Click on finish.
11) in your bioshock installation folder goto "...\Bioshock\Builds\Release\". In here, rename bioshock.exe to bioshock_bak.exe (or any other name. this is for backup purposes only). rename paul.dll to paul_bak.dll (or any other name. this is for backup purposes only).
12) copy the 4 files from darkcoder's pack to "...\Bioshock\Builds\Release\"
These are readme.txt, bioshock.exe, paul.dll, secu.eg.reg,
13) double click on secu.eg.rg, and allow the registry change when prompted by windows, your firewall, etc.
By now, the game shoudl be fully patched, craked, and ready for play.
I have not tried bioshock's patch 1.1 on this yet. Will do that in a few days. :)
