guys i cant extract a iso image so how do i play the game???? plz help!

I ran the setup.bat, downloaded the newest direct x. Now what do i do? i went to the "bin" folder and i cant find a timeshift app. It has klm.dll, binkw32.dll, user.ini, steamwars.ini, and controls.ini. What do i do? plz help!!!!!!
