seeders are the people you download from peers are the one you send data or file''s that you download to a leecher is the same as a peer but the only difference is that it is a cut off
in other words it doesn't allow you to download files thru torrents from this him/her pc
torrents is almost the same as p2p peer 2 peer pc 2 pc the only difference is there is alot
more controll because differend typ's of trackers keep in track what ip has what file
