Playing game right now have had no problems loading it or with the loading time.

Best way to burn Pro evolution soccer 2008 onto disc is

1. Download DVD Decrypter http://www.dvddecrypter.org.uk/

2. Once download open up and drag the ISO were is says source

3. set your burn speed a 1X (SLOWEST POSSIBLE SPEED)
(I Use VERBATIM DVD discs but others should work fine)

4. Then Click write and it should start burning

5. Once burnt Game should work perfectly in any PS2 :)
