download a program name utorrent u can get it at www.utorrent.com its the best so far and then click 1 of those link which would lead u to those torrent file and then open the file with utorrent and ur good to goo if u dont know what to do from there ur an ass and u also need to add trackers u can do that by double clicking on the file that is downloading (when ur in utorrent) then add the tracker remember they must be 1 pass apart then ur go to gone
