hi guys. at first, i also thought this game didn't work because i couldn't get it to launch. i even unpacked it twice but still nothing. then i downloaded a crack from gamecopyworld dot com and it launched perfectly. so just download and apply the crack and you are a go. :)
This is not the best place to ask these questions regarding xbox 360's flashing and/or backups. Search these forums for an answer --> http://forums.xbox-scene.com/ and http://www.xbox360-hacks.com/forums/ If you really don't find the answer from earlier topics, make a new one.
Have you flashed your Xbox 360's dvd drive's firmware? If not, you have to do that to play downloaded games. The internet is full of tutorials for that matter.

You MUST burn all the xbox 360 games onto a DVD+R DL (dual layer) disc, otherwise it WILL NOT WORK on your xbox 360
